ZenFlow is currently presented as a public website, beta preview, and companion browser capture tool. This page explains the basic privacy posture for visitors and prospective beta testers.
Overview
We keep the public site simple.
The current public site is designed to explain ZenFlow, share workflow examples, and collect interest in beta access. It does not provide a public account system, public checkout, or public installer download.
Information you provide
If you request beta access or contact ZenFlow, the information you submit may be used to respond to your request, manage beta communication, and understand whether ZenFlow is a good fit for your workflow.
Website and analytics
Basic analytics may be added to understand page visits, product interest, and site performance. Analytics should be configured to avoid collecting more information than is needed for launch and beta planning.
Beta feedback
If you participate in beta testing, feedback you share may be used to improve ZenFlow, prioritize fixes, and understand how saved workflows fit real work.
Browser Capture extension
Zenflow Browser Capture does not collect a user's full browsing history. The extension accesses only currently open browser windows and restorable tab metadata, including tab URLs and titles, for the user-facing browser workspace capture and restore feature.
This tab metadata is sent through native messaging to the locally installed ZenFlow desktop app/native host. The extension does not collect page contents, historical browsing records, time-of-visit history, analytics data, advertising data, or data for sale or transfer to third parties.
Sharing
ZenFlow does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers that help operate the site, manage beta requests, or communicate with testers.
Your choices
You can ask to update, remove, or stop using information you have provided by contacting ZenFlow. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, operational, or legal reasons.
